- Services administration of HVAC & plumbing, electrical equipment and telephones

The Office of Admissions is responsible for the following affairs. |
- Developing admissions policies
- Improving the admissions system
- Administering the admissions process
- Selecting students
- Providing consultation on admissions and performing PR activities
- Conducting an admissions information sessions online through its homepage, and offline by visiting high schools.

| Office of Information Systems and Technology |

The Office of Information Systems and Technology consists of the Division of Information Technology Planning and the University Computer Center.
The Division of Information Technology Planning is responsible for planning, monitoring and evaluating information and computing resources on campus.
The University Computer Center performs system-level administration and supports the campus-wide network infrastructure. It also offers PC labs and super-computers for advanced computing. |

| Office of International Affairs |

|
The Office of International Affairs is charged with developing, promoting, and assisting Seoul National University's international programs and strategic initiatives. The OIA identifies, develops, and maintains inter-university partnerships, academic exchange agreements, and international curricula. In addition, the OIA provides administrative support for the university's international students, promotes cross-cultural events between Koreans and their international counterparts
on campus, and conducts protocol activities for visiting officials. |

Supporting Organizations of the University |

The University Museum opened in 1946, taking over the Gyeongseong Imperial University Museum collections. The Museum has Collections of Archaeology & History, Fine Art, Anthropology & Folklore, and Natural History. It also has participated in over 70 archaeological excavations and site surveys. |

| Kyujanggak Institue of Korean Studies |
|
 |
|
The Kyujanggak Institute for Korean Studies was established on February 1, 2006, by combining two existing institutions at Seoul National University: the Kyujanggak Archives and the Institute of Korean Studies. The Kyujanggak Archives is a repository as well as a library of old books and documents mostly inherited from the collections of the royal institute of the Choseon dynasty. |

| Institution for Unification Studies |

|
The Institute for Unification Studies was established to increase intellectual understanding of matters regarding the unification of the two Koreas, recognizing that unification is one of the most significant problems to be solved by our nation, and to conduct integrative and multidisciplinary research in view of various issues related to the process of reunification. |
|
The Bio-MAX Institute was established in January 2004 to pursue multidisciplinary studies of faculties faculty and students, adventurous studies for creativity, and excellent outcomes to explore new fields of research. |

| Kwanaksa Student Dormitory |
|
 |
|
Kwanaksa (also spelled Gwanak-sa) is home to about 3600 students from all over Korea and around the world. It provides residents with living quarters in which not only study and relax, but also to meet people from various backgrounds. |
|
The Health Service Center provides health care to members of the University community, such as regular medical checkups for students, immunizations and sanitation checks of campus facilities. |

| Center for Teaching and Learning |

|
The Center for Teaching and Learning was established in 2001 to support SNU faculty and students in their teaching and learning activities. The Center offers lectures and workshops on effective teaching methods and on the utilization of educational multi-media. The Center also carries out studies on ways to improve lectures and evaluation methods. |

| Institute of Laboratory Animal Resources |

|
The role of the ILAR is to breed laboratory animals for research in the life sciences. The institute breeds more than 12,000 mice and rats to provide to SNU research groups at the price of one to seven USD. They have four kinds of mice (ICR, RALB/c, C57BL/6, and C3H/He) and two kinds of rats (SD and Wistar). |

| National Center for Inter-University Research Facilities |

The National Center for Inter-University Research Facilities (NCIRF) was established in 1988 to alleviate the shortage of high-tech research facilities in colleges and universities, and also to promote the efficient use of foreign loans. The Center is open to researchers of all colleges and universities in the nation for advanced researches in the basic natural sciences. |

| Language Education Institute |

The Language Education Institute consists of the Korean Language Education Center, the Language Education Research Center, the Foreign Language Education Center, and the Language Proficiency Testing Center. At the Korean Language Education Center, courses on Korean language and culture are offered to foreigners and Korean nationals. |

The Center for Campus Life and Culture offers a wide range of specialized services to address students¡¯ concerns and help them adjust to university life. |

| Center for Sexual Assault Prevention |

|
The Center for Sexual Assault Prevention was opened in December 2002 to protect members of the University community from sexual harassment and violence and to provide a sound and safe environment for education, research and administration. The Center not only provides counseling on sexual harassment and violence but also carries out investigations on cases reported. |

| Seoul National University Archives |

|
The Seoul National University Archives was established in September of 2001 to manage the University records in comprehensive and effective ways, and to collect, manage and preserve documentary heritage concerning the history of the University. |
|
The Museum of Art (MoA) is the first university art museum in Korea dedicated exclusively to modern and contemporary art. Designed by world-renown architect Rem Koolhaas, the museum was constructed and donated by the Samsung Cultural Foundation. It was completed in October 2005 and is open to the public. |

| Career Development Center |

The Career Development Center, established in April 2006, provides various programs to support students in finding jobs and the right career path which will enable them to achieve their full potential. The Center offers one-on-one counseling regarding career choices and development and group counseling for career path design; organizes lectures on recruiting; supports students in preparation for interviews; holds workshops on career development for female and disabled students; arranges
overseas internships and global networking and mentoring sessions with alumni; and hosts various events to facilitate industry-academia collaboration. |

| Institute of Environmental Protection and Safety |

The Institute of Environmental Protection and Safety is responsible for the following. |
- Preventing radiation and environmental pollution
- Preventing laboratory accidents
- Ensuring that radioactive wastes are being stored and disposed of correctly
- Conducting environmental safety training so that all the laboratory workers are fully aware of safety procedures and regulations
- Performing regular laboratory safety inspections

| Seoul National University Foundation |

Established in 1990, the Seoul National University Foundation provides scholarships to students and research funds to faculty members using the proceeds earned from its base assets. To raise funds needed to promote SNU¡¯s development plan and to expand the Foundation, it solicits and manages contributions from parents, alumni, individuals, business and organizations. |
|
The Seoul National University Hospital was founded in 1885 as the first national hospital in Korea under the name of Kwang Hye Won. It is comprised of the Main Hospital, the Children's Hospital, the Dental Hospital, and the Clinical Research Institute. |
|
The SNU Press publishes and distributes valuable intellectual materials in Korean and English to promote academic development in a wide variety of disciplines, not only domestically but also internationally. |
|
SNU Newspaper(Daehakshinmoon) is a weekly newspaper produced by students and advisory faculty members.
It is distributed for free around the campus on Mondays. The circulation is up to 20,000 copies. |
|
The Cooperative runs cafeterias, a stationery store, a souvenir shop and a bookstore on campus. |
|
Hoam Faculty House is a facility operated for University faculty, staff and visitors. It has guest houses, convention halls, conference and seminar rooms and fine restaurants. |
|
The POSCO Sports Center contains an Olympic-size swimming pool, weight room, golf ranges, squash/racquetball courts and multipurpose fitness rooms. |
