Global Talent Program
The GTP supports Seoul National University undergraduate and graduate students with an opportunity to apply their academic knowledge in the global work environment. In doing so, students enhance their job-related skills in an international and intercultural setting. The CDC offers Global Talent Awards for successful applicants who secure international internship employment through the GTP. Students can participate in the Global Talent Program throughout the year, depending on their schedule and the depth of experience they may wish to attain. Our innovatively designed program consists of several components that provide students with the training and guidance to facilitate successful internship applications.
Individual Career Counseling
This process is to help students to reflect on their barriers in choosing a career and to effectively plan ahead and prepare for the future. Women¡¯s Career Program
This program is for female students only in order to help improve their leadership skills and thereby enable them to make great inroads into career. As a program for excellent female students¡¯ leadership development and active advance into career, female students who dream of becoming leaders will be grouped into teams of 7-10 and will have an opportunity to participate in various career activities and face-to-face group counseling. Through modeling the successful experience of the mentor professor, students will be able to ready themselves to overcome future obstacles to getting a job and will improve their management abilities.
