How do I submit my application?

On-line Application

  • A.Find a NOTICE concerning “International Admission” on SNU Admissions website ( or ( and open the online application program and create your own account on the online application website (
  • B.Online application for the Spring 2015 intake must be completed by 18:00 (local time in Korea), Sep. 25, 2014. The application must include all of the relevant information of the applicant along with payment of the application fee by online. If there is no means of online application during the designated period, the application materials must arrive at the Office of admissions, delivered in person or via post by no later than 18:00 (local time in Korea), Sep. 20. A Bank draft (USD 85, Payable to the “Office of Admissions, SNU”) as the application fee must be enclosed in the application packet.
  • C.Applicants whose forms and supporting documents are incomplete or unsatisfactory will be disqualified from the admissions process.

Document Submission

  • A.After completing online application, print out the completed Application Form1 and the Application Checklist. Please mark and place the application checklist in front of the application packet, and arrange the application materials in the order listed on the checklist.
      Original documents should be submitted. However, should they be unavailable, copies must be authorized by the issuing institution or notarized by a public notary in the country where the document was issued.
      Documents in languages other than Korean or English must be notarized and translated into English or Korean. Notarization must be done in the country where the document was issued.
  • B.Send your application packet via registered mail by Sep. 26, 2014, along with the required documents to the following address:

  • C.The admissions staff reserves the right to require additional documents from the applicant, should there be a need to clarify the eligibility or verify the authenticity of submitted materials.
