SNU International Summer Institute(ISI) offers an exceptional opportunity for students to study at Korea's most prestigious university and one of the leading universities in the world. ISI offers an intensive five-week summer program led by distinguished international faculty. Conducted completely in English, the lectures will be held three times a week. On Fridays, students will enjoy field trips and special lectures that explore Korea's unique identity.Students
who wish to learn Korean and Korean culture may take the courses of "Korean Language" and "Korean Arts and Crafts" every Tuesday and Thursday where they will learn language, cross-cultural communication skills, and traditional culture.

| Credit Transfer |
You may be able to gain credit towards your studies at your home institution. Credit transfer policies vary among different universities, so we advise you to check with your academic advisor before registering for SNU ISI courses to verify how the credits earned at SNU will be accepted by your home institution. Please note that SNU is not responsible for assessing how courses completed here will transfer to your home university.

| Grading System
|
Grades will be determined by your tests, assignments, attendance, and class participation. Grades will be available online within one month after the end of ISI. ISI transcripts will be mailed to students in mid-September. Please be advised that if you plan to graduate in the summer, transcripts from SNU may not reach your home institution in time.
