Course Registration for Students Who Have Exceeded the Standard Course Term of 8 Semesters

Starting from the spring semester of 2012, students who have exceeded the standard 8 semesters are subject to dismissal if they do not register for at least 1 credit. Please inform fellow students of the implementation of such measure.

1. Who is subject to dismissal?
  • -Students who have not registered for any credit by March 27th
  • -Students who have initially registered for courses but have canceled all of them by April 23rd
  • Students who have exceeded the standard 8 semesters and belong to the categories above will be dismissed. Students who have exceeded the standard 8 semesters must check their course registration and pay tuition during the designated period. Failure to pay tuition in time will result in dismissal.

2. Course registration for students who have exceeded the standard 8 semesters
  • -Fill out and submit the 수강변경신청서(초안지) for the desired course to the department you belong to. (The college or department will make requests to the Division of Educational Affairs)
  • -Course registration period: The registration needs to be completed by Friday, March 23rd

3. Final deadline for tuition payment
  • -Payment period: Friday, March 23rd ~ Tuesday, March 27th, 2012.
    (The tuition bill will be issued one day after the course registration is completed)
