Thomson Reuters analyst David Pendlebury who is well known for his ‘Nobel Predictions’ released ‘New List of Highly Cited Scientists 2002~2012’ in a symposium held in Seoul. The list included three SNU professors – Professor V. Narry KIM (Dept. of Biological Science), Professor HYEON Taeghwan (Dept. of Chemical and Biological Engineering), and Professor SURH Young Joon (Dept. of Pharmacy). Pendlebury made the list using the same database (‘Web of Science’) as that used in Thomson Reuter’s Nobel Predictions each year.
