1. Those Who Qualify for the Course Registration
A. All Students (including students on leave of absence): students currently on leave of absence
cannot be qualified for graduation even when he/she fulfills his/her graduation requirements
with the summer or winter sessions.
B. Non-SNU Students in the Country: Students enrolled in colleges that has signed an academic
exchange program with SNU and has been approved by the President of their university.
C. Non-SNU Students Overseas: Students who applied through the Office of International Affairs
(Tel. +82-2-880-8634).

▶ Registration Procedure: Same as normal semesters (http://sugang.snu.ac.kr)
* Restrictions on retaking classes: Students may not register for courses taken during the previous
semester (Fall 2010).
▶ Credit Limits: up to 6 credits
4. Course Cancellation
① before the winter session starting date (until Sunday, December 19th, 2010) : log in to SNU portal
(http://my.snu.ac.kr)→Administrative Systems → Academic Affairs Administration → Class
Management → Summer/Winter Sessions → Request of Cancelable/ Refundable Registration
② after the winter session starting date (from Monday, December 20th, 2010) : Apply to cancel
the course registration online, and then print the cancellation form, obtain your professor's
approval and then submit it to your department (college). If the professor's approval is missing
or the form is not submitted to the department (college), your application will not be processed.

※ After payment, courses cannot be adjusted. Cancelled courses will be granted a full refund.
5. Tuition Fee
A. Theoretical courses: 40,500KRW per credit
B. Practical courses: 45,500KRW per credit (Other payments for classes held outside school facilities
such as Bowling, Swimming needs to be paid separately.)
6. Payment Procedure
▶ Payment Period: Monday, November 29th ~ Friday, December 3rd, 2010.
▶ Payment Locations: All banks (Payment through virtual accounts is only possible before 5p.m.)
▶ Bill Printing: at SNU Portal (http://my.snu.ac.kr)
① Log in to SNU Portal → Administrative Systems → Academic Affairs Administration → Class
Management → Summer/Winter Sessions → Bill Print
② at the bottom of the MySNU homepage, click on “Administrative Services” → Bill Print
7. Cancellation Announcements
▶ Announcement Dates:
① 1st round : Wednesday, November 17th, 2010
② 2nd round : Friday, December 10th, 2010
※ If you registered for a cancelled course, you may change it to another course with equivalent
tuition fees at your department (college) or request for refund. (During the course adjustment
period the student adjusts the course in person)

dates will differ according to the professor of each course)
