Therefore, the Korean government has enforced non-use of equivalent passwords for lengthy periods and the use of official certification of authentication during administrative related information system access. In addition, to minimize paralyses of the whole network system caused by computer worms/viruses from students’ personal computers, it has been decided to make OS security updates and installation of vaccines compulsory on a whole campus level.
